Hello Rabbi,
If I am in my boyfriend’s room and there is a cross and dreamcatcher, is it better to pray Shema or not pray at all?

It's surely better than not praying at all, just turn around so that you don't face the cross. I don't know all of the details, but if the cross belongs to your boyfriend, I strongly suggest looking for a more Jewish boyfriend.
