Is Zechariah 2:14-4:7 always read on Shabbath Channukah? I thought if Rosh Chodesh also fell on Shabbath Channukah that Isaiah 27:6 - 28:13 was read?
Answer
Shulchan Aruch (684:3) rules that Shabbos Chanukah Rosh Chodesh the haftarah read is Chanukah, not Rosh Chodesh.
