I read in the Hebrew section that I should put water near my bed, wash hands, not bless, go to the bathroom, wash hands again and.....here is my question...do I say the bracha of netilat yadim and then asher yatzar? In that order?

In the morning, after going to the bathroom you say first the blessing of Al Netilat Yadayim and then Asher Yatzar. All other visits to the bathroom warrent only the Asher Yatzar blesssing.
