What is tikkun chatzos? What does it talk about? When is supposed to be said?
Answer
Tikun Chatzot is said from midnight until Alot Hashachar (about an hour and a half before dawn). Tikun Chatzot is a prayer expressing sadness over the destruction of the Temple and the departure of the Shechina.
