Hi, I want to open a Dropshipping business, and I was wondering Since the business is automated the item will be ordered on Shabbos and maybe even shipped on Shabbos, is it permissible to keep such a business open on Shabbos and Yom tov? Thank you!!

If it's an American or international company, where most of the consumers will clearly be gentile, than it's allowed, if your Jewish name isn't on the site as a Jewish company (Piskei Teshuvot 252, 2).
