Question
Shalom Rabbi,
Is there any time of the year that any of the following portion should be avoided to say? Eyzeho Meghoman/ Korbanot/ Ketoret/ Mizmor letodah?
Thank you
Answer
Shalom,
Thank you for your question. Let me suggest firstly a good Siddur. Most of the siddurim have very good instructions as to when each prayer is said. In the Artscroll, and Koren siddurim they have in addition, at the back of the siddur, a summary of the laws of prayer that will be of help to you.
In general, the parts of the service you listed are said all year long. Some people add into some of the Korbanot a “Ye-hi Ratzon” at different places, and this is often not recited on Shabbat or Festivals.
Mizmor LeTodah is not recited on the days that a Todah offering was not bought in the Temple. That is Shabbat, Festivals, and the day before Pessach (and all of Pessach), and the day before Yom Kippor.
I hope this is of some help.
Blessings.
