Also, if shipped in a burlap bag, where the nursery digs up the tree from the ground, can we assume there was enough soil on it? Also burlap, which has many many small holes throughout the bag, can this continue the orlah? Or does it restart?

1. Yes, I think that we can assume that there is enough ground in a standard burlap bag for the tree to live for two weeks.
2. Since the holes are very small (less than a cm a hole) we would have to restart the count.
