Answer
1. a gluten free bread that has rice flour and bananas and chocolate in it Answer: Before eating it we say the blessing of 'Shehakol' and after eating we say 'Borei nefashot'. 2. a gluten free noodle that is made from only buckwheat Answer: Before we say Shehakol and after we say Borei Nefashot. 3. a gluten free noodle made from only rice Answer: Before eating we say 'Mezonot' and after eating we say 'Borei Nefashot'. 4. a gluten free bread made with oat flour Answer: If it is made the way bread is, then we say 'Hamotzi' and afterwards we say the full 'Birkat Hamazon' or Grace after Meals. Please note that you can easily find all of the berachot and Birkat Hamazon in any siddur, Sephardic or otherwise. 5. if someone never eats gluten, and thus hardly ever says the Bircat Hamazon, are they going to be missing out on a higher level in olam haba? answer: they are not missing out on a higher level in olam haba All the best
