2. a gluten free noodle that is made from only buckwheat
Answer: Before we say Shehakol and after we say Borei Nefashot.
3. a gluten free noodle made from only rice
Answer: Before eating we say 'Mezonot' and after eating we say 'Borei Nefashot'.
4. a gluten free bread made with oat flour
Answer: If it is made the way bread is, then we say 'Hamotzi' and afterwards we say the full 'Birkat Hamazon' or Grace after Meals.
