However, if the purpose of the candle is just meant to eliminate bad smells like an air freshener or fumigant than one doesn't say a bracha on it (see Shulchan Aruch 217:2) Additionally, If the smell does not come from the beeswax but comes instead from oils added to it, then a bracha would not be said on it.
