Can a Ben Ir be a Chazan on Shushan Purim in Yerushalayim, and does he say Al Hanisim in such a case?
Answer
A Ben Ir (resident of an un-walled city) may be a Chazan (cantor) on Shushan Purim in Yerushalayim. He does not say Al Hanisim in the silent Shmoneh Esreh but only in Chazarat Hashatz.
