When the time for Birkat Ha’ilanot - the Blessing of the Trees? In a year when there are two months of Adar, does the time of the blessing change?
Answer
The time of Birkat Ha'ilanot is in the month of Nissan also on a leap year. And it is customary to make the Bracha on Rosh Chodesh Nissan.
