if I am eating bran flakes with raisins, what is teh correct brocha

Shalom! Mezonot is the correct one, because the bran flakes are made with grain. You do not say a bracha on the raisins because they're 'tafel', meaning the mezonot is the main part and the raisins are the less important part of the food. All the best!
