Question
Kavod HaRav:
In the morning for Netilas Yadayim, if for example one stayed awake all night and they touched an unclean part of the body and went to the restroom before Netilas Yadarim. I’m not 100% sure but I believe I was told this is allowed for me. After they leave the restroom, do they need to wash twice? Once for leaving the bathroom and once for Netilas Yadiyim, before making the bracha on Netilas Yadayim?
Answer
There is no need to wash for 'netilat yadayim' twice. (note: properly washing netilat yadayim entails alternating three times in the washing of each hand) Washing netilat yadayim once, would be enough, and would suffice both for the need to wash after using the bathroom, and the need to wash your hands for the morning ritual.
