Question
Dear Rabbi ty for taking the time to help me fullfil Mitzvahs in a right way. Im sorry but just wanted to double cheack this: From my undestamding of your recommendation: "detail studying from Shulhan Aruch, Sefer Hamitsvot, Tanya, laws of Kinim, and listening to any types of shiur torahs on youtube are all allowed after nightfall till dawn." Is this right?
Answer

All the examples you mentioned are Torah Sh'Baal Peh-=Oral Law, so there is no problem whatsoever to study them at night. And just to reiterate what I said in mt previous answer, there is no Halachic prohibition of studying the Written torah at night either, just a recommendation to do it during the day, and those who follow Kabbalistic practices refrain from studying the Written law at night.
