Question
Rabbi, Shalom
when i missed weekday mincha, should i say Vaichlu after the Shabbat Arvit or after repeating the Shabbat Arvit to pay for the Micha
Thanks ??
Answer
ב"ה
Shalom,
Halacha only requires that a short time of a few seconds should transpire between the required Tefilla and the “make up” tefilla. ( See שולחן ערוך סי' ק"ה
So in theory, you could say the “make up” tefilla with just a short break from the original required Tefilla.
However, it seems that you should say “Vayechulu” after the Shabbat Arvit, because there is special value in saying “Vayechulu” with at least 10 people. (See פסקי תשובות סי' רסח: י , .Therefore you should say Vayechulu” with the Minyan you are at and then carry on to repeat the Tefilla to make up for the missed Mincha.
All the best and Happy Chanuka.
