Question
Ive just begun following the "no razors" law in January. My beard got too long and in order to try and keep following the command somehow I waxed it. Is that a problem?
Answer

Shalom,
First of all , may I wish you an easy journey with your new undertaking.
You may wax your beard, since no razor is involved, and waxing would be no different than using this cream that would pretty much burn off the facial hair which was used by our great grandfathers before there were electric shavers.
In the same regard, using a laser is also permitted as I was told by two prominent Rabbis.
In regard to electric shavers you must verify in which ones the razors do come in direct contact with the skin.
All the best
