<p>דף חדש: רב עמרם הוא אמורא בבלי בן הדור השני והשלישי (המאה ה-3), תלמידו המובהק של רב ששת. רוב מאמריו בתלמוד הם בשם ...</p> <p><b>דף חדש</b></p><div>רב עמרם הוא אמורא בבלי בן הדור השני והשלישי (המאה ה-3), תלמידו המובהק של רב ששת. רוב מאמריו בתלמוד הם בשם חכמים אחרים. הוזכר פעמים מעטות גם בתלמוד הירושלמי.‏[<br /> <br /> רב עמרם היה בתחילה מתלמידיו של רב ומסר כמה ממאמריו.במעשה מסוים שהתלבטו בו תלמידי רב היה זה הוא שהכריע, על פי פסק של רב שהיה בידו. למד גם מפי רב אסי,‏ רב נחמן,‏ ורבה בר נחמני,‏ אף קיבל את שמועותיו של רבי יוחנן מתלמידיו ה&#039;נחותי&#039;, כגון רבי יצחק.<br /> <br /> אולם רבו המובהק היה רב ששת. שגור בפיו המשפט: &quot;האי מילתא אמר לן רב ששת, ואנהרינהו לעיינין ממתניתין&quot;: &quot;דבר זה אמר לנו רב ששת, והאיר את עינינו במשנתנו&quot;, כלומר, הוכיח אותו מדיוק מאיר עינים בלשון המשנה, שאיננו מובן מאליו בקריאה פשוטה. בפניו הציע את ספקותיו, ורבו השיב לו בלשון אוהבת: &quot;עמרם בני&quot;.‏<br /> <br /> היה הבולט בקרב תלמידי רב ששת, כלשון התלמוד:‏ &quot;רב עמרם וכל גדולי הדור יתבי כי אמר רב ששת להאי שמעתא&quot;. על ההערכה אליו בקרב חבריו מעידה העובדה הבאה: פעם הפליג בספינה עם רב נחמן ורמי בר חמא. רב עמרם עזב אותם לזמן קצר, ובינתיים באה אשה לשאול אותם בהלכה. רב נחמן החל להתייעץ עם רמי בר חמא על התשובה, ורמי בר חמא הציע להמתין לרב עמרם, מפני כבודו וזקנתו (&quot;לא ליחוש ליה לסבא?&quot; - האם נתעלם מן הזקן?), ואכן, בשובו ענה להם תשובה בשם רב.‏<br /> <br /> הרבה למסור בשמו האמורא רב אידי בר אבין,‏ וגם אחיו, רב חייא בר אבין.‏ כמו כן מסר בשמו רב מנשיא בר תחליפא, שאף הוא כמותו התייחד בשינון מקורות התנאים.‏<br /> <br /> כרבו, רב ששת, היה בקי במשנה וברייתות ומדקדק מהן. כמעט בכל שאלה בתלמוד שהוא דן בה הוא מוכיח ממקורות התנאים (&quot;אף אנן נמי תנינא&quot;, ו&quot;מתיב רב עמרם&quot;), ולא הרבה להקשות מסברה גרידא.‏ אופייני לו הביטוי: &quot;אפשר איתא להא דרבי יוחנן ולא תניא לה במתניתין? נפק דק ואשכח&quot;.‏ - האם ייתכן שחידוש זה ששמע בשם האמורא רבי יוחנן אכן נכון ואין לו שום איזכור ורמז במשנה? יצא, דקדק במשנה ומצא ראיה לדבר. כשנטה פעם אחת להעמיד משנה באופן דחוק, הוכיחו רבו רב ששת: &quot;דלמא מפומבדיתא את, דמעיילין פילא בקופא דמחטא?&quot; (שמא אתה מישיבת פומבדיתא, שמכניסים פיל בקוף המחט?).<br /> <br /> רב עמרם פעל גם בדור הרביעי לאמוראים, דורם של אביי ורבא, ודן בדבריהם.‏<br /> <br /> השפעתו על ישיבתו של רבא מתבטאת בדברי רבין בר רב אדא, תלמיד רבא, שאמר לרבא מספר פעמים: &quot;אמרי תלמידיך אמר רב עמרם&quot;, כלומר, תלמידיך, רבא, אומרים בשם רב עמרם.<br /> <br /> לא ידוע דבר על מקום מגוריו ומשפחתו. נראה שהאריך ימים וחי לפחות שמונים שנה, משלהי ימי רב ועד בגרותו של רבא (ג&#039;תתקצ-ד&#039;ע, 310-230 בערך).<br /> <br /> חוקר תולדות האמוראים אהרן היימן‏ סבור שהיו שני רב עמרם: האחד - תלמיד רב, והשני - תלמיד רב ששת. לדעתו, לא ייתכן שהסיפור הנ&quot;ל אודות רב עמרם עם רב נחמן ורמי בר חמא, בו נחשב רב עמרם כזקן שבחבורה, ייאמר על רב עמרם תלמיד רב ששת, חברו של רב נחמן.<br /> <br /> יש אומרים שרב עמרם סתם הוא רב עמרם חסידא, אך הדעה המקובלת היא שאלו שני אישים שונים.<br /> <br /> ממאמריו בהלכה: באיסור שנגרם כתוצאה מכוונתו של אדם (כגון השוחט בהמה לשם עבודה זרה, וכתוצאה מכך הבהמה אסורה בהנאה) נוהג הכלל: אין אדם אוסר דבר שאינו שלו.<br /> רווקה המקיימת יחסי אישות - אינה נחשבת כזונה האסורה לכהן, למרות האיסור שבדבר.‏<br /> רב עמרם הגדיר במדויק את גודל רגליו של עובר בהיותו בן ארבעים יום (כשני חוטי צמר הצבוע בתולעת שני, כעובי חוט של ערב ולא של שתי), לצורך השלכות הלכתיות שונות.‏<br /> מעשה באדם שהפקיד כשות אצל חברו, ולשומר הייתה גם כשות משל עצמו. השומר שלח את עוזרו להביא לו כשות, לצורך הכנת שיכר, וציין את המקום שבו הונח רכושו שלו, והלה סבר בטעות שגם הכשות השנייה שייכת לשומר, וציון המקום שנמסר לו אינו בדווקא, ונתן את הפקדון בתוך השיכר. רב עמרם הורה שהשומר והעוזר פטורים מלשלם על הפקדון, מכיוון ששניהם אינם אשמים בטעות שנוצרה, אלא שהשומר צריך לשלם רק את מה שנהנה והרויח מן הפקדון (ואם התקלקל השיכר, ולא הרויח כלום - המפקיד פטור לגמרי).‏<br /> <br /> ממאמריו באגדה בשם רב: שלוש עבירות אין אדם ניצול מהן בכל יום: הרהור עבירה, ועיון תפילה,‏ ולשון הרע.‏<br /> על הפסוק בתהלים קיב א: &quot;אַשְׁרֵי אִישׁ יָרֵא אֶת ה&#039;&quot; שאל: &quot;אשרי איש ולא אשרי אשה? אלא: אשרי שעושה תשובה כשהוא איש&quot;, כלומר, בעודו צעיר.‏<br /> ‏</div>
