[[מרדכי]]: קרובי נרצח יכולים להעיד על הרוצח, ואינם נחשבים קרובים כי אין להם נפק"מ במות הרוצח. אפילו הנרצח עצמו, כל עוד הוא חי ואינו טרפה - יכול להעיד. <br />
