<blockquote>המשנה מבארת (נב:) את דיני האיילים והרחלות. לאיילים מותר לצאת לבובים (עור מתחת לזכרותם שלא יעלו על הנקבות) והרחלות שחוזות (שאליה שלהם קשורה למעלה שיעלו עליהם הזכרים) וכבונות (בגד השומר על הצמר שלהן נקי) והעיזים יוצאות צרורות (שקושרים דדיהן) ורבי יהודה מתיר רק ליבש אבל לא לחלב (שהיו קושרים כדי שלא יחלבו עוד ויוכלו להתעבר, והיו לפעמים קושרים לשמור על החלב שלהם שאז הקשר אינו מהודק ויכול ליפול).<br />
