◄ [[ר"ת]], [[מגיד משנה]], ו[[רבנו ירוחם]]: אם יצא על הגט הראשון קול פסול ונתן לה גט שני, מונה את שלושת החודשים מהגט הראשון כי מאז חלו הגירושין.<br />

◄ [[ר"י]], [[רא"ש]] ו[[רשב"א]]: צריכה להמתין שלושה חודשים מהגט השני, מפני הרואים שאינם יודעים שהגט השני הוא רק כדי לבטל את הקול, וחושבים שרק מאז היא התגרשה.<br />

☜ ה[[רמ"א]] החמיר כדעת ר"י, והוסיף שאפילו אם התגרשה מחמת קול קידושין בעלמא שיצא עליה, צריכה להמתין (עפ"י הרשב"א בתשובה).<br />
<br />
⤶ [[ב"ש]]: אם לא הצריכו את הבעל לתת גט שני אלא הוא נתן מדעת עצמו, ממתינה מהגט הראשון (עפ"י הרשב"א עצמו ). <br />

⦿ פסול גמור בגט אך לא מצוי<br />

◄ [[מהר"ם מלובלין]]: גט שהוסיפו בו בטעות כינוי 'הלוי' למגרש, אמנם הגט פסול אך עדיין מונה את שלושת החודשים מהגט הראשון ולא מהשני. (הפת"ש בשם החת"ס מבאר את דבריו שבטעות לא מצויה ר"ת לא מצריך להמתין שוב. גם המהר"ם מסכים שאם הגט פסול מהדין בטעות מצויה, מונים מהגט השני).<br />

◄ [[ח"מ]] ו[[ב"ש]]: במקרה שהגט פסול מעיקר הדין גם ר"ת מסכים שצריך להמתין מהגט השני, כי רק הוא מחיל את הגירושין.</div>
