Question
My father died motzai Tisha Be’av Ab Av of 2002. When do I stop saying kaddish ?
Answer
You stop saying Kaddish on the ninth of Sivan 5763 or otherwise known as monday the ninth of June 2003. The Ya’artzeit will still be the Tenth of Av. The reason for this is that this year (5763) is a leap year (meaning - two months of Adar) and one always only says Kaddish till the end of eleven months from the burial. Rabbi Yosef Weitzen
