Question
We look for blood spots on eggs when we fry them, how do we look for blood spots on hard boiled eggs?
Answer
You don't have to look for blood spots. However, as you slice the eggs, you may find them- black or red spots. In a country with a modern egg- producing system, where egg laying hens are separated from male chickens, remove the spot and the rest can be eaten.
