are you allowed to listen to music during sefirah on rosh chodesh?

ב"ה Shalom Even if a person has the custom to take a haircut or shave certain days of the Omer, as I have explained in previous answers,one may still not listen to music on those days .(הליכות שלמה עמ' שסא) All the best
