Question
Can I have a haicut before Rosh Chdesh Iyar?
Answer
ב"ה
Shalom
As I wrote in my previous answer, there are those who have the custom that one may shave from after Pessach until the second day of Rosh Chodesh Iyyar but then would not be allowed to do so until the end of the Omer, besides Lag B'omer itself and from Rosh Chodesh Sivan.
So, if that is your custom, you may do so. If you don't have a custom or you are unaware of a previous custom, you may also do so. If there is no particular custom, where you live, you may even change your custom from year to year. (See Piskei Teshuvot 493:12) .
All the Best
