Family Court in Israel
Question
My wife has open a claim in the family court in Israel (not allowed according to the Torah). The family court say, if I do not agree to sell the house and divide the money, the court will fine me thousands and they still will sell the Apartment. I do not want to sell
What does the Torah tell me to do? To protest this and lose a lot of money?
Question:
This has become common to run to the family court. Maybe to stop this, it is time for Beit Din to start giving certificates of kashrus to apartments, like that given to food. If Beit Din is will to say that my apartment is forbidden (like forbidden food). I believe the Torah wants me to lose this money. What does the Rabbi say?

Answer
It is very unfortunate to hear about the personal and legal situation you are experiencing. "And you shall do what is proper and good in the eyes of the Lord" (Deuteronomy 6, 18).
According to the Torah it is most recommended one should conduct himself as much as possible in a peaceful manner. Try reaching a compromise with your wife.
Unfortunately the legal system in Israel is not conducted according to the Torah. However, the legal power is in its hands, so you have no choice but to accept its decisions. Protesting here is not in place. No benefit will come out of it.
The way to eventually have the Torah rule is through peaceful manners. One needs to correct his own ways. Sanctify G-d's name in all his ways. Influence his relatives and friends and if possible also others to come closer to Hashem and walk in the ways of our holy Torah.
