Question
I own fruit that has kdushat shviit but after looking at the special calendar I noticed that the time for biur for that fruit has already passed. What should I do with it now?
Answer

If the amount of fruit with Kedushat Shevi'it in your possession is an amount that you and your family would eat in three meals, Biur is not required though the fruits continue to retain their Kedusha.
However, if it exceeds that amount and you and your family eat, since you forgot or weren’t aware of the correct time for biur, you may do the biur now and then reclaim them.
