Question
After the Holocaust, more than 6,000,000 Jews were taken out of 100 countries. However a great portion of these people are living in the diaspora of Isreal.
Will not the bulk of these people have to do an Aliyah to Yisrael?
Furthermore, will the red heifer not be given to purify the Cohen so that they can prepare the water of purification for all Israel? Further does this not also enable the purification of all of Levi?
Answer
There are more than 6,000,000 Jews who already (!) have gathered to live in Israel, and about another additional 6,000,000 who live in the diaspora. Statistically, within the next few years, we will see the majority of the Jewish nation living in Israel for the first time in 2,600 years, since the exile of the 10 tribes!
All Jews are meant to make aliya, and we hope they will come out of choice and not out of fear of anti-Semitism.
The rule is that if most of Israel is impure, than the service in the Holy Temple in Jerusalem can be done even without undergoing Red Heifer purification.
