Question
Are we required to (1) wash hands, (2) say Al Netilat Yadayim, and (3) say Asher Yatzar after every visit to the bathroom?
Answer
After visiting the bathroom one has to wash ones hands and say Asher Yatzar, but not say Al Netilat Yadayim.
