Waking up and needing to use bathroom

Dear Rabbi, I was wondering what the correct procedure would be if one wakes up and needs to go to the bathroom straightway? Should one wash negal vasser, use the bathroom,. get dressed, wash again and then make brachos, netilyat yadayim, asher yatzar etc?
