Question
Please forgive me if this question has already been addressed as it is a very basic one, but I searched the archives carefully and did not find an answer to my question:
Which bracha do we say on grapes in their raw, natural state?
Thanks you very much.
Answer
ב"ה
Shalom
Grapes grow on a vine which is considered a tree as far as the Bracha. Therefore, the Bracha for grapes and also raisins is "Borei Pri Ha'etz".
