Question
Is G-d everywhere? Meaning is everything infused with G-dliness? Isnโ€™t this idolatry?
Answer
Pantheism, which says everything is god, is idolatry. On the other hand, we believe there is โ€œGodlinessโ€ everywhere. The world is โ€œinโ€ God, and He is the place of the world. Both Hassidim and mitnagdim agree on this because there is a huge difference between Creator (=God) and โ€œcreatedโ€ (has Godliness). With Love of Israel!
