This virgin idea poses a problem for Christianity, if she were prepubescent she would be only 12 years old. If she were older it would mean she would have had many menstrual periods before the supposed messiah. If she was only 12 years old Christianity makes God out to be a pedophile. What are the implications in your estimation? It seems to disqualify Christianity.
