Dear Rabbi
Are we allowed to cut nails during omer as I do not cut them for 49 days and sometimes the nails are a problem.

Shalom,
Thank you for your question.
One is allowed to cut their nails during the omer days. The times when cutting nails can be forbidden are during the intermediate days of the festivals, and during the mourning period leading up to the 9th of Av. But even during those times, there are many exceptions.
