Question
Since animal sacrifices no longer exist how does one make atonement for sins?
Answer
Even when there were animal sacrifices, the main point was to regret one’s mistakes and firmly resolve to act better in the future, and not to repeat those unfortunate and regrettable actions. How much more so today, that this is the main point.
