Shalom, Thank you for your questions, 1. Yes, you may delete a virtual message with the name of G-d in it. 2. There is no permission to steal from one’s Mother. It would be best to either acquire kosher dishes yourself, or paper ones – or to talk to your Mother and get permission to use her paper plates. Blessings.
