Can I Pray the Amidah
Question
Can I pray the Amidah by myself in the morning and evening?
Answer
Men must pray the Amida with a minyan of ten men. Women however are not obligated to pray with a minyan, and they may pray by themselves. See peninei halcaha, (laws of women's prayers, chapter 20; 1-2) who explains this halacha beautifully. You can find the book on the internet.
