can a female say the 13 attributes of mercy if she is not with a minyan?

Thank you for your question. There is no difference between a man and a woman in the question of saying the 13 attributes of mercy without a minyan. Both men and women cannot “pray” the 13 attributes without a minyan. However, they may be recited as one would do when reading them from the Torah, with the musical tune, as Torah learning (and not prayer). Or, they may be glanced at, without reciting them verbally.
