Question
Shalom! I was wondering if I can reuse the wax from my shabbos candles in my wax melter throughout the week? I’ve never heard anyone say you can’t, I’ve never met another person that wanted to. Thank you!
Answer

Shalom
Shabbat candles are not like Chanuka candles or remaining Chanuka oil. We may NOT benefit from Chanuka candles during Chanuka nor from the remaining candles or oil which were already set aside for the Mitzva.
However, Shabbat candles are different, and whatever remains may be used for whatever respectful purpose. (See פסקי תשובות סי' רסג: ז)
