Good day, dear rabbis. Im a ben Noach coming from christian background and Ive been wondering about the reason HaShem allowed Christianity and Islam to manifest into this world and take over so many people. Is there a reason behind that? Is it posible that it was His will to let us know about Holy Torah, but also to hide it in plain sight? Thank you.

Maimonides writes similarly, that we benefited from the Christians' and Moslems' success for it helped spread monotheism and morality to almost all of the world, introducing the Bible, Ten Commandments, the People of Israel etc. to prepare the world to advance and mature out of paganism.
