burning chametz
Question
Hi, I wonder I missed throwing away all my chametz before the burning time. Is it considered as I own chametz then?
Also
I have some chametz in my fridge, and I wonder if I can eat chametz and use it all up untill deadline for chametz eating?
Thanks for reply!

First of all, I am happy that I have the time now to answer, and most and foremost the administrator forwarded the question after his work hours. You should try to send important questions of this nature in advance to guarantee that you get an answer when needed.
In any case, this year getting rid of the Chametz ids different. Since we burn the Chametz on Friday up to the same we would in a normal year when Pessach does not fall on Motzei Shabbat, even though we will eat Chametz until Shabbat Morning. This is only done so as not to get confused in following years when to burn the Chametz.
So, in principal, if you do not burn your Chametz but rid of differently, you should get rid of all the Chametz you don't plan to eat up to burning time.
The left over Chametz which you plan to eat for Shabbat, may be left in the fridge until the Chametz deadline.
Shabbat Shalom and Chag sam'each.
