Question
Shalom Rav,
In my work I wear gloves, how can I do Asher Yatsar? Is washing my gloved hands an option?
Thanks in advance and Shabbat Shalom

If removing the gloves due to your work is too difficult, then you may say "Asher Yatzar" without washing your hands. According to Rav Neventzal Shlit"a, washing your hand with the gloves on serves no purpose.
