Defining dolls which aren't idols

Would I be making an idol if I crocheted a Winnie the Pooh stuffed bear for my grandchild? Could you please elaborate on what you mean by full featured and detailed. Does that mean without embroidered eyes/nose or something else. Thank you.

If the doll doesn't have all of the details, e.g. fingernails, toenails, eyelids, eye lashes etc., it's no problem. I'm sure the doll is fine.
