Question
Since we are socially isolated and essentially home bound, it does seem possible to go to a neighborhood dump as was suggested. I may have to use the chute. There is also a large recycling container downstairs. My parents are opposed to the use of bleach in their home. Would pouring rubbing alcohol on the pieces of bread be equivalent to using bleach?
Answer

Shalom
You may use the alcohol or any material on the Chametz which will make it unfit for consumption even by a dog.
