Question
What happens if it is the other way around, i.e. the marked price is less than the computer price. Legally the shop has to honour the marked price, but what is the halacha?
Thank you for your response?
Answer
Halacha recognizes common klaw as binding in many curcumstances. The store must honor the marked price.
