Question
Can someone also use water from a faucet to wash for netilat yadayim for bread if there is no kli available?
Answer
When washing for bread, it is required that the water pour "by human force" (mi-ko'ah adam). Water from a faucet does not qualify. However, the Shulhan Arukh states that if you turn the water on and off in spurts, the water is considered to pour mi-koah adam.
