I'm cannot vouch for any segulot on the internet and I don't know if I would put my trust in them. If you are referring to prayers, it is preferable to say them in Hebrew, especially Tehillim because of the virtue of G-d's name. If you wish to find a reliable segula you should find a true tzaddik to suggest one. All the best
