Question
Is there a requirement to ask forgiveness from a Gentile, if one suspects that they have hurt their feelings?
Answer
According to Rav Dov Lior shlit"a of Kiryat Arba, one must ask forgiveness from a gentile if he was insulted, since insulting him is no different than causing him damage which is forbidden according to Halacha.
