A Chatan and Kallah who wish to get married on Channuka, when and where should they light Channuka candles? Also, should they also light in the Wedding Hall?

The Chatan should light at his parent's home at Shkiah and wait there for at least a half an hour before going to the Hall. at the Hall, it is fitting to light but with out a Bracha.
