Question
Is it ok to say Asher Yatzar after washing hands with soap and water from a tap or is it only allowed after using a Natlan?
Thanks
Answer
There is no need to use a Natlan after using the bathroom. You can wash your hands straight from the tap.
Some people wash their hands with a Natlan three times but this is only a Hidur.
