How many Jews left Egypt with Moses
Question
I say about 3 million Jews left Egypt with Moses, But a friend of mine says 600,000 Is there a number we can put on this?
Thank you for your time
Answer
The Torah records that 600,000 adult males over the age of 20 left, so 3 million sounds like a reasonable estimate to me.
